Shipping Conditions: We offer free shipping on orders of €75 or more. This service is available to our customers worldwide. The buyer is responsible for providing correct information when making a purchase. If shipping fails due to an error on the buyer's part, we are not liable for the (partial) loss of the order. If we require further information for shipping, we will contact the buyer, which may result in a shipping delay. We strive to deliver the order to the specified address within the expected delivery time. Should a delay occur, we will inform the buyer as soon as possible. In this case, the buyer has the right to cancel the contract free of charge. We bear the risk of loss or damage to the shipment until the package is delivered, unless otherwise agreed. If the buyer receives an incorrect product, they must notify us by email within 24 hours of receiving the order. After consultation, the buyer is responsible for returning the product and will be reimbursed for the return shipping costs. Return and Complaint Policy: The buyer can return the product without giving a reason up to 14 days after receipt. In this case, you will receive your money back immediately, however, the return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. If the buyer receives a damaged or incomplete product, they must contact us as soon as possible. This can be done via the email address below or by telephone. We will then decide how to proceed. In most cases, you will receive a new product immediately; however, it may also be necessary to return the damaged product first. If the customer returns the product without contacting us beforehand, they cannot claim reimbursement for the incurred costs. If the order is lost in transit or the buyer claims not to have received the order (even if this is evident from the tracking information), the shipping company will initiate an investigation. To maintain high customer satisfaction, we will provide a suitable solution for the customer as quickly as possible. Normally, we wait for this verification process to be completed before sending a new product or issuing a refund. Both we and the customer must fully cooperate with the shipping company. If a shipment has still not arrived at the buyer's delivery address 14 days after the shipping date, the buyer is obligated to contact us by email within 14 days (i.e., no later than 28 days after the shipping date). Delivery Times and Shipping Information: How long will it take to receive my order? - Germany: 3 to 7 business days - European Union: 10 to 15 business days - Countries outside the EU: up to 21 business days. The estimated delivery time stated above varies depending on the country and location. If you order before 2:00 PM, we will ship your order the same day. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer than to central locations such as New York. Delivery time is given in business days. You can track your package using the tracking information provided, which also shows the carrier's current delivery time. Where can I find the status of my order? We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over €75. For orders under this amount, we charge €25 for shipping. Which countries do you ship to? We ship our products worldwide.
