A. Cancellation Policy Introduction Consumers have a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity: Right of Cancellation You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the last item of goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Company, Owner, Street, Postal Code, City, Email) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired. Consequences of cancellation: If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard, least expensive delivery option), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the trader has no influence and which may occur within the withdrawal period. The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who are not citizens of a Member State of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract. General Information 1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging. 2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect. 3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal. B. Withdrawal Form If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please fill out this form and return it.
